FastenPro Industrial has officially opened its new 12,000 m² distribution hub in Columbus, Ohio — a purpose-built facility designed to keep pace with demand from contractors, workshops and infrastructure teams across the region. The move brings every fasteners, tools and rigging line under one roof, with room to grow.
The building replaces three smaller warehouses that had become a bottleneck for picking and dispatch. A new goods-in flow, wider aisles and a rebuilt racking layout mean orders can be consolidated faster and shipped with fewer touches.

What it means for customers
The extra capacity is not just about space — it changes the service model. Higher stock holding means fewer backorders, and a streamlined pick-and-pack operation pushes more orders out the door on the day they are placed.

Alongside the storage gains, the hub adds a dedicated technical counter where trade customers can collect orders, check stock and talk through specifications with our engineering team. It is a small change with an outsized effect on how quickly problems get solved.
