Class 8.8 hex head bolts are high-strength fasteners composed of two parts: a hexagonal head and a shank (cylinder with external threads). The shank can be fully threaded (GB5783) or partially threaded (GB5782). The standard factory surface finish is black oxide (bluing). The nominal tensile strength of Class 8.8 high-strength hex bolts reaches 800 MPa, with a yield-to-tensile ratio of 0.8. The nominal yield strength of the bolt is 800 × 0.8 = 640 MPa.
Application Scope: Coal mining, machinery, chemical industry, photovoltaics, construction, railway, automotive, electrical, home appliances and other industries. Application Scenarios: Photovoltaic supports, highway guardrails, security fences, brackets, auto parts, etc. Raw Materials: 35# steel commonly used for sizes below M16; 45# steel for sizes above M16.
