Sleeve anchors (wedge anchors) have low requirements on the depth and cleanliness of holes in concrete. They are easy to install and cost-effective. Select the proper embedment depth according to the thickness of the fixture plate. Tensile capacity rises with increased embedment depth. This product delivers reliable expansion performance. Body materials include stainless steel, carbon steel and other metallic materials.

Product Features

1. Equipped with long threads for easier installation, commonly used for heavy-load facilities.

2. To achieve reliable and high fastening force, the expansion sleeve on the anchor must expand fully. The expansion sleeve shall not detach from the rod or twist and deform inside the hole.

3. The stated tensile values are tested under concrete strength of 260~300 kgf/cm². The maximum safe working load shall not exceed 25% of the rated value.
